Description
New large buildings are well insulated and the required heating capacity is becoming increasingly less. Especially in these well insulated buildings it is crucial to have a low stratification of the air (temperature difference between ceiling and floor). The lower the difference the less the energy loss of the building and the lower the energy bill for the heating. In general WCU units can save easily approx . 30 % of the energy used.
WCU-EC units are controlled independently of the air heaters and have a built-in thermostat.
Energy saving with a double effect
Every WCU-EC unit is fitted with a thermostat which ensures that warm air from the ceiling will be pushed to floor level. In general WCU-EC units can save easily approx. 30% of the energy used for heating. Additionally the electricity consumption of the EC fan itself is about 25% electricity less compared to the standard WCU units. The EC fan allows the unit to be controlled by a stepless 0-10 Volt controller. Besides that, the WCU-EC is low noise.
